Tragedii udało się zapobiec przemyskim policjantom, którzy odwiedli 56-latka od pomysłu skoczenia z mostu.

Wczoraj (13 bm.) przemyska komenda policji poinformowała o zajściu, do jakiego doszło poprzedniej nocy. Dyżurny przemyskiej komendy otrzymał wówczas zgłoszenie, z którego wynikało, że w rejonie jednego z przemyskich mostów znajduje się mężczyzna, którego życiu może zagrażać niebezpieczeństwo. Jak czytamy w komunikacie policji „stał po zewnętrznej stronie barierek i deklarował chęć targnięcia się na własne życie”. Na miejsce wysłano policyjny patrol. Po rozmowie z 56-latekiem udało się go przekonać do powrotu na chodnik. Następnie trafił pod opiekę medyczną.
