U dzieci Czarnobyla
- Byłem zdumiony i głęboko wzruszony, gdy dzieci znajdujące się w salach, do których wchodziliśmy, rzucały się w ramiona, a te które nie mogły chodzić, czołgały się, by tylko dotknąć mojej ręki lub nogi – opowiada Marek Pantuła o swojej wizycie w ośrodku, gdzie przebywają osoby chore wskutek wybuchu w Czarnobylu w 1986 r.
Wystawę fotografii Marka Pantuły i Błażeja Krajewskiego pt. „U dzieci Czarnobyla” można było oglądać przez tydzień w Medyczno-Społecznym Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego i Zawodowego, czyli popularnym „medyku”. Miejsce to wybrano nieprzypadkowo. – Realizowane przedsięwzięcie doskonale koresponduje z profilem naszej szkoły. W tej placówce kształcimy młodzież i dorosłych przygotowując ich do pracy z osobami, których dotknęła choroba, niepełnosprawność w młodszym , czy w starszym wieku – mówi dyrektor Danuta Suchorzepka.
Wystawa połączona była także ze zbiórką charytatywną na rzecz dzieci pokrzywdzonych przez wybuch reaktora w Czarnobylu. W planie jest także wyjazd do opiekującego się nimi ośrodka.

Jeździmy do wiosek, do których nikt nie zagląda
Pomysłodawcą jest przemyślanin Marek Pantuła, znany z niesienia pomocy naszym rodakom w różnych krajach na wschód od Polski. – Facet ma niesamowite wyczucie[paywall], gdzie jechać, gdzie znaleźć takich ludzi, którzy czekają, żeby się spotkać z Polakami – mówi Błażej Krajewski, który wziął udział w kilku takich wyjazdach. Polakom wieźli pomoc materialną, ale i kulturalną. – Nie jeździliśmy do Kijowa, czy Lwowa, tylko w niedostępne wioski, do których nikt nie zaglądał. Nieraz organizowaliśmy koncerty ad hoc. Znajdowały się jakieś pianina zakurzone i rozstrojone. To budziło wielką radość tych ludzi. Oni się autentycznie cieszyli, że przyjechaliśmy do nich w zapomniane miejsce – opowiada.

„U dzieci Czarnobyla” to zapis kilku wizyt w ośrodku, gdzie znajdują się osoby, na których promieniowanie odcisnęły niewyobrażalne piętno. Wiele z nich jest dziś dorosła, ale tylko z daty urodzenia. Niektórzy wciąż wyglądają jak dzieci. Ich kalectwo jest tak ciężkie, że postanowiono je odizolować i umieścić w specjalnym ośrodku. – Narzekamy na naszą służbę zdrowia, ale tamto miejsce ani trochę nawet nie przypomina tego, co jest w Polsce – zauważa B. Krajewski. Tam jest po prostu gorzej.
– Dla kogo te dzieci stanowią realną wartość? Dzieci nie tylko bez rodziców, dziadka, babci, ale przeżywające swoje życie w jednym zimnym kącie z nikłym dostępem do uśmiechu i miłości – zastanawia się Marek Pantuła.

Nie oddam nikomu mojego misia
– Wchodząc do sali, gdzie kilkunastoletnie dzieci leżą przykute do łóżeczek, zapatrzone w biały sufit, niczym w bezkresne morze, uśmiechnąłem się do pierwszej leżącej dziewczynki, która odpowiedziała mi natychmiast swoim uśmiechem i poczułem w sobie czystość jej bytu. Piękno człowieka, ukazujące nową prawdę o jakości życia: wolności, piękna i dobra, mimo zniewolenia przez świat – opisuje.
– Przechodząc z sali do sali natknąłem się na 20-letniego chłopca, który mimo wycieńczonego organizmu i nieustannego leżenia w łóżku od urodzenia, nucił piosenkę. Zacząłem bić brawo. Uśmiechnął się do mnie i jeszcze większą siłą w głosie zaśpiewał mi dwie pełne zwrotki – kontynuuje swoje wspomnienie.

– Z oddali usłyszałem cichy głos: „Nie oddam nikomu mojego misia”. Misia, którego otrzymała od nas w prezencie i z całych sił przytulała go do siebie. Byłem zdumiony i głęboko wzruszony, gdy dzieci znajdujące się w salach, do których wchodziliśmy, rzucały się w ramiona, a te które nie mogły chodzić, czołgały się, by tylko dotknąć mojej ręki lub nogi – opowiada Marek.
M. Pantuła podkreśla, że to ważne, aby umieć zatrzymać się nad człowiekiem jako wartością, która jest tu i teraz. – Nie wolno nam zapomnieć o człowieku. Zapomnieć o człowieku, to znaczy nie zauważać w nim wartości samej w sobie. Zapomnieć o człowieku, to zabrać człowiekowi poczucie własnej wartości i godności – zaznacza.
